Red Seal Hub was started by someone who's lived both sides of the trades. Red Seal Cook by trade, with the apprenticeship and the certification to back it. Over a decade after that recruiting in the skilled trades, much of it on the mechanical side. Heavy duty, automotive, industrial.
Two views of the same gap. As an apprentice: dated textbooks, no way to log hours that actually counted, no clear path. As a recruiter: stacks of resumes that hid more than they told, employers who couldn't find verified talent, internationally trained workers stuck in paperwork nobody explained.
