What Red Seal Hub gives employers
Red Seal Hub connects businesses that hire skilled trades workers with people training and certifying through the app. Most of our talent pool is apprentices and pre-certification students rather than fully certified journeypeople, so think of it as early access to motivated workers building their credentials, not a list of finished Red Seals.
From your dashboard you can post jobs, search an anonymized talent pool, send connection requests, review applicants, and manage your plan and billing. AI helpers can draft a job description and, on higher tiers, generate and auto-publish social media posts for your listing.
- Post jobs across all 56 Red Seal trades, with options for apprenticeship, full time, part time, contract, and seasonal roles.
- Search and filter the talent pool by trade, province, and exam readiness.
- See verified certifications and a readiness score on candidate profiles.
- Optional immigration flags on a posting: LMIA approved and visa sponsorship available.
Your first job post is free, and you can browse candidate profiles before committing to a paid plan.
Create your company account
You do not need a subscription to get started. A free account lets you post one job and browse candidate profiles in read-only mode, so you can see the talent pool before you pay for anything.
- Go to /for-employers and choose Post Your First Job Free, or sign up from /get-started/employer.
- Create your account and confirm you are signing up as an employer or company.
- Open your dashboard at /employer/dashboard.
- Add your company details under /employer/company so candidates can see who is hiring.
- When you are ready, review plans and billing under /employer/billing.
AI helpers and what they actually do
We use AI to handle work that other job boards do by hand. Two AI helpers are genuinely built and tied to your plan.
- AI job description writing: included on paid posts. It drafts a complete posting from your title, trade, and notes so you are not starting from a blank page.
- AI social posting (Featured and up): when you post a Featured job, the system generates posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, publishes them automatically, and funnels replies back to your dashboard so you do not have to manage social accounts.
Candidate assessment reporting at /employer/assessments shows exam scores and integrity signals for candidates who completed assessments for your postings. This surface is still being filled out, so treat it as an early feature.
