My job posting is not showing
New postings are saved as a draft first and only appear publicly once published. Most missing-post issues come down to a draft that was never published or a plan that does not have an active slot free.
- Check /employer/jobs and confirm the posting status is Active, not Draft. Publish it if it is still a draft.
- On a subscription, check you have an active post slot free, since each plan includes a set number.
- A posting that reached its end date shows as closed. Repost or extend it.
- Refresh the page, since a newly published job can take a moment to appear.
A payment was declined or my plan did not change
Payments run through Stripe, so a decline is usually something your bank can clear up, and an upgrade that has not applied yet often just needs a refresh.
- Check the card number, expiry, and security code, and that the card has funds.
- Approve any verification prompt your bank sends, such as a text or app approval.
- Refresh or sign out and back in if an upgrade did not unlock right away.
- Review your plan and payment history at /employer/billing.
A candidate is not responding
Candidates choose whether to accept a connection request, so a quiet request usually just needs a clearer message or a little time.
- Make sure your message names the role, pay range, and location. Generic messages get ignored.
- Connection requests can expire after a set window. Send a fresh one if yours expired.
- Track the status of every request at /employer/connections.
I cannot sign in or a teammate cannot join
- Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen to reset your password by email.
- Check the invite email landed, including spam, and that it has not expired. Resend it from /company/members if needed.
- Confirm your teammate signed up with the same email you invited.
- If you are still stuck, reach out from the contact page and we will help.
